Privacy Policy

This page is a plain-language description of our current data practices, published because we removed a placeholder "Privacy" link that pointed nowhere. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer — treat it as a good-faith draft, not legal advice, and have counsel review it before relying on it for compliance purposes.

Who we are

Outreach360 ("we", "us") is a sales-outreach platform. This policy covers outreach360.ai (this marketing site) and the demo-request form on it. It does not cover the customer application (app.outreach360.ai), which has its own in-app privacy terms once you're a customer.

What we collect

When you submit the "Book a demo" form, we collect what you type in: your name, company name, email, phone number, city, team size, current tooling, and any message you add. That's it — the form has no hidden tracking fields beyond a spam honeypot that never contains real data from a human visitor.

This site does not currently run third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, ad pixels, or similar). The only thing stored in your browser is a single local-storage entry (o360-lang) that remembers whether you last viewed the site in English or French — it never leaves your browser. If we add an analytics or ad-tracking provider later, we'll update this policy first.

Why we collect it

To respond to your demo request and schedule a call.
To follow up about Outreach360 if you've expressed interest.
To improve this site and our sales process (e.g. understanding what tools prospects currently use).

We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

Demo-request data is stored on our backend platform, Base44, which hosts our database and serverless functions. We don't share your information with any other third party except where required by law, or with a service provider strictly to operate our business (e.g. email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.

How long we keep it

We keep demo-request records for as long as they're useful to our sales process, and in any case no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time — just email us (below). We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encrypted transport, access controls on our backend). No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and our data practices evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
